Working serger, needles appropriate for your machine, power cord & foot pedal, accessories that came with the serger Scissors or thread snips 4 cones of thread, preferably to make the color designated on your serger for each looper and needles (Most often red, blue, green and yellow work well) Shop has these available for sale. 1/2 yard fabric for the top of the thread catcher, cut to 15" x 22" 1/2 yard fabric for the back of the thread catcher, cut to 15" x 22" 15" x 22" piece of batting
