| Requirements: | SUPPLIES FOR APPLIQUE CLASS 2: YOU MUST HAVE HAD CLASS #1 TO TAKE THIS CLASS. FABRIC REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE GIVEN OUT (BY THE TEACHER) AT THE END OF THE FIRST APPLIQUE CLASS. This class uses the skills learned in Applique Class #1 APPLIQUE SUPPLIES: Softfuse Fusible web (available at 3 Hens & A Chick Quilt Shop) Scissors - for cutting fabric and paper Pencil Tear Away Stabilizer Open toe foot for your sewing machine Thread for bobbin and applique stitches Sewing machine needles BASIC Sewing Supplies: Sewing machine in good working order (remember foot pedal and cord and machine manual if you have one). You will need to know how to select stitches on your machine (especially a satin stitch and blanket stitch). Any other supplies you find useful when sewing and quilting. |
